Pancake 松饼


Pancake
松饼
This is so easy to make fluffy and soft pancakes
松软好吃的松饼常常出现在我家
一家大小都很爱

When you see the bubbles the surface like this
It's time to flip over the pancake
等表面有出现坑洞,再反面煎至熟即可

Preheat the non-stick pan
Pour a big a scoop of pancake batter on the pan with low fire 
等不沾锅预热好了,倒入适量的面糊



Ingredients:

Self Raising Flour 150g
Sugar 30g (I use vanilla sugar)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Fresh Milk 110ml
Corn Oil 1 tbsp
Egg 1

Instructions:

1. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.

2. Add in egg, milk, corn oil, then mix well.

3. Pre-heat the non-stick pan,  spoon batter onto the pan to pan fry. Wait till the bubbles appear at the edges on the surface, flip it over, cook until golden brown.

4. Serve it hot with honey, butter, maple syrup, cream and bacon.


材料:

自发粉 150g
糖 30g (我放香草糖)
盐 1/4 tsp
鲜奶 110ml
鸡蛋 1粒
玉米油 1 tbsp


做法:

1. 在钢盆里,把自发粉,糖和盐混合均匀。

2. 加入鸡蛋,玉米油和牛奶。把全部材料搅拌均匀即可。 

3. 预热平底锅(中小火),倒入适量的面糊,等表面有出现坑洞,再反面煎至熟即可。(重复煎完为止)

4. 配蜂蜜,枫糖浆,奶油,鲜奶油或培根都很好吃,趁热享用。
