Roasted Pumpkin 

简单美味的南瓜,烤好后香甜软糯, 非常好吃
It is easy and yummy roasted pumpkin
Tender & sweet



将调味好的南瓜放进已预热的烤箱里烘烤约13至20分钟
Bake the pumpkin wedges for 15-20 minutes at 200C degree Celsius

南瓜切片1寸厚(大约2.5cm)
然后下橄榄油和调味料,用手抓匀
Cut slices of pumpkin, 1 inch thick
Drizzle with some oilve oil, and season with spices
Mix the spices to the pumpkin slices, make sure they are coated well

切开后,去籽
Cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds

把南瓜外皮用水清洗干净
Clean the surface of the pumpkin

I use Japanese pumpkin (Kabocha). 
You can use any kind of pumpkin.
任何南瓜品种都可以,我用的是日本栗子南瓜。

Pumpkin 南瓜
Olive oil 橄榄油
Cinnamon powder 肉桂粉
Paprika powder 灯笼椒粉 (红椒粉)
Molasses sugar /  Brown sugar 糖蜜 (黄糖)
Grounded black pepper 黑胡椒粉
Sea salt 海盐

做法:
Method:

1. Preheat oven 200C degree Celcius.
预热烤箱 200C度

2. Remove the seeds of pumpkin. Cut slices of pumpkin, 1 inch (2.5cm) thick.
南瓜去籽,切片1寸厚 (大约2.5cm)

3. Place pumpkin slices on baking sheet. Drizzle with some olive oil and rub on both sides of pumpkin. Season with sea salt, molasses sugar, grounded black pepper, cinnamon powder and paprika powder.
将南瓜片铺在烤焙纸上,倒入适量的橄榄油, 下调味料如:海盐,糖蜜,黑胡椒粉,肉桂粉和宏灯笼椒粉。

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200C degree Celsius. (Depend on the thickness of pumpkin slices)
以200C度烘烤15-20分钟 (可自行调整自己喜欢的熟度)
