马六甲椰糖椰丝 

材料:

新鲜白椰丝 200g
马六甲椰糖 120g
斑斓叶 3 片
热水 少许
盐 少许

做法:

1.把切碎的椰糖,加入少许热水一起放在锅里煮至溶解。斑斓叶也一起下。

2.椰糖桨煮滚后就可以加入新鲜嫩椰丝和少许盐翻炒均匀就可以了。

注意:全程以小火翻炒。椰丝不可炒到过于太干,有点湿润的椰丝特别好吃。如果不小心炒太干了,加一点点水翻炒均匀即可。购买椰丝,一定要选嫩椰丝口感才会好吃。



Gula Melaka Shredded Coconut

Ingredients:

Fresh Shredded Coconut 200g
Gula Melaka 120g (chopped)
Pandan Leaf 3 pieces
Hot water 2-3 tbsp
A pinch of Salt

Method:

1.Dissolve gula melaka with hot water in a wok. And add in the pandan leaves.

2.After the chopped gula melaka dissolve and boiling, add fresh shredded coconut and a pinch of salt then mix well.
