越南春卷 Vietnamese Spring Rolls

越南春卷

要做好吃的越南春卷并不难
重点在于沾酱
非常开胃的一道小吃
越南春卷夹着生菜吃非常美味





平常很少吃煎炸食物的我很爱这一道菜





 






包好后,就立刻炸



这是炸半熟状态,等要吃的时候再炸全熟
(如果现吃就一次过炸全熟)

Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

1 garlic clove (chopped)
蒜米 1 颗
1 medium shallot (chopped)
小葱头 1 颗
1 spring onion (chopped)
青葱(适量)
1/2 cup of carrots (chopped)
红萝卜(半条)
Mung beans (glass) noodles
 
冬粉 (一小把)
(soak in the water until soft then cut about size 1-2 inches)
冬粉浸软后切小段

250g ground pork
豬肉碎
125g of prawn meat
虾肉剁成泥
(chopped until sticky)

Mix all in a bowl then seasoning with
全部材料混合均匀

1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
半小匙 胡椒粉
半小匙 盐

Mix well and ready for wrapping.
混合均匀后开始包馅料

1 egg for brush on pastry wrapper.
准备蛋液涂上饼皮周边再卷起

Take a piece of (popiah skin) pastry wrapper (size 5"x5")

Start to fill in the fillings n wrapping. Seal with egg brush. Then fry until golden brown.
煎至金黄色即可

Eat with cold iceberg lettuce and dip with sauce.

Enjoy~
春卷配上生菜,再沾自制醬汁好好吃😋



沾酱
Dipping sauce 

1/2 cup of water
半杯 水
1/4 cup of fish sauce
1/4杯 鱼露
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/4杯 白糖
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1瓣蒜米粒

(Cook the above ingredients until boiled)
以上材料煮至滚后

Then add in
加入

1 tsp lime juice
1小匙酸柑汁
1 fresh chili (chopped)
1 小条红辣椒剁碎
5 grams of grated carrots
少许红萝卜丝


sugar + fish sauce+ water + garlic
bring it to boil
糖+鱼露+水+蒜米
(煮至滚)

after boiled add in carrots and chili
and squeeze some lime juices
再加红萝卜丝,辣椒丁和酸柑汁
