草莓优格冰淇淋
Strawberry Yogurt Ice-Cream
第一次做草莓冰淇淋很有成就感
没有冰淇淋机也可以轻松做喔~

 把250克的新鲜草莓洗干净

 切小块

把草莓捣烂成泥状

草莓泥,拧檬汁和砂糖放入锅里加热至滚

滚开后,转至中小火约煮7分钟就完成了


煮好的草莓酱放一旁待凉

把动物性奶鲜油打至湿性发泡

不小心打发过头了
(还好没什么影响~呵呵)

加入炼奶,原味优格

再加入草莓酱
翻拌至完全混合均匀

倒入容器里,放入冰箱冷冻至少6个小时就可以享用了

真的很好吃~


材料:

新鲜草莓 250g
柠檬汁 1汤匙
砂糖 125g
动物性鲜奶油 240g
原味优格 200g
炼奶 2汤匙


做法:

1.把草莓切块,搅拌至成泥状。

2.把草莓泥,砂糖和柠檬汁倒入锅里加热至滚。

3.滚开后,转中小火继续煮约7分钟。煮好的草莓酱放一旁待凉。

4.打发动物性鲜奶油至湿性发泡。

5.加入炼奶,原味优格和草莓酱混合翻拌均匀。

6.再倒入容器里,放在冰箱里冷冻至少6个小时就可以享用了。

Strawberry Yogurt Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

Fresh strawberry 250g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Granulated sugar 125g
Dairy Whipping cream 240g
Plain yogurt 200g
Condensed milk 2 tbsp


Method:

1.Cut the strawberry into small pieces, puree strawberry flesh with blender.

2.Add sugar and lemon juice to pureed strawberry, bring to the boil, then reduce to medium heat,cook for about 7 mins. (Set aside the strawberry filling to cool completely)

3.Use stainless steel mixing bowl,whip dairy whipping cream to soft peak.

4.Add yogurt, condensed milk and strawberry filling to dairy whipped cream. Fold until well mixed then transfer to a container.

5.Freeze for at least 6 hours until firm. Strawberry yogurt ice-cream without ice-cream maker is ready to be served.
