Chocolate Molten Lava Cake 

切开蛋糕,巧克力酱流出来是不是很诱人呢





烤好后撒上糖粉,搭配自己喜欢的水果

 9分满即可

倒入面糊,放进冰箱冷藏至少一个小时以上

纸杯预先刷上薄薄的牛油再撒面粉防止粘黏

拌入过筛的低筋面粉

 鸡蛋和糖用打蛋器搅匀



 融化好的巧克力酱

巧克力,鲜奶油和牛油(隔水加热融化)




心太软 (3个份量)

材料:

(A)
黑巧克力 (78%) 100g
无盐牛油 50g
鲜奶油 50g

(B)
全蛋 2 颗
蛋黄 1颗
糖 30g

(C)
底筋面粉 50g


做法:

1.材料(A)隔水加热融化。

2.材料(B)混合均匀,用滤网过滤,才加入材料(A)拌匀。

3.加入材料(C)匀即可。(不要过度搅拌)

4.面糊倒入烤模,放入冰箱里冷藏至少一个小时以上。

5.放入已预热的烤箱里,以200度烘烤7至8分钟。

6.脱模后,撒上糖粉,就可以开动啦。

注意: 
  • 纸杯记得预先抹上薄薄的牛油,再撒上面粉,利于脱模。
  • 黑巧克什么牌子都可以,70%可可以上,看个人喜好。

Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients:

(A)
Dark Chocolate (78%) 100g
Unsalted butter 50g
Whipping cream 50g

(B)
Egg 2
Egg yolk 1
Castor sugar 30g

(C)
Low Protein Flour 50g


Method:

1. Put all ingredients (A) into a bowl then sit in the pot with hot water, stir well with spatula. (making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water)

2. Mix well ingredients (B), sifted. Add in ingredients (A), and mix well. 

3. Fold in ingredients (C) and combine well. Do not over fold.

4. Pour the batter into the muffin paper cup. Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

5. Bake 7 to 8 minutes for 200 degree Celsius.

6. Unmold, then dust some sugar powder.

Tips: 
  • Lightly grease some butter onto the muffin paper cup, dust some flour for easy to unmold later.
  • You can use any brand of dark chocolate, 70% cocoa and above. Depends on your preference.
