巧克力粒夏威夷豆饼干
Chocolate Chips & Macadamia Nuts Cookies


材料
面粉 275g
苏打粉 2.5g
盐 2.5g

牛油 (软化)125g
细砂糖 85g
黄糖 85g
香草精 2.5g
鸡蛋 1

半甜迷你巧克力粒 170g
夏威夷豆 125g


做法
1.预热烤箱190摄氏度。
2.在钢盆中,混合面粉,苏打粉和盐。 放一旁待用。
3.在另一个钢盆中,混合牛油,细砂糖和香草精。
4.以电动搅拌器的中等速度打至蓬松。
5.再加入鸡蛋,混合均匀。
6.然后加入粉类。 以低速搅拌成软面团。(注意:不要搅拌过度)
7.加入半甜巧克力粒和夏威夷豆。(可以加任何你喜欢的豆类)
8.用两支小汤匙舀饼干面团放在烤盘上。如果有小的冰淇淋勺更方便。
9.烘烤9-11分钟,或直到边缘是金棕色。
(要看饼干的大小,如果饼干大块就需要烤更久的时间。温度自己要拿捏哦)
10.待凉后,就可以保存在密封的罐子里。

Ingredients:-
Plain flour 275g
Baking soda 2.5g
Salt 2.5g

Butter (soften) 125g
Caster sugar 85g
Brown sugar 85g
Vanilla essence 2.5g
Egg 1

Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips 170g
Chopped nuts 125g

Method:-
1.Preheat the oven 190 Celsius.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3.In large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and vanilla.
4.Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.
5.Beat in egg. 
6.Add flour mixture. Beat at low speed until soft dough forms.
7.Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips & macadamia nuts.
8.Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 2 inches (5cm) apart onto ungreased cookies sheets. You use ice-cream scoop too.
9.Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
10.Cool completely before storing.

我买的夏威夷豆是整颗的,所以把它切成小粒。
以个人喜欢的口感,切自己要的大小即可。
