马来糕 Ma Lai Kou

椰糖马来糕  





Steam Ma Lai Kou

Ingredients:-

Palm sugar 150g
Egg 3 (use hand whisk beat )
Vege oil 80ml
Hot water 100ml

Self Raising Flour 150g
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
(Combine all and sifted)

Method:

1.Chop palm sugar into small pieces. Add hot water stir till the palm sugar melted and sifted. Beat the eggs until see the bubbles, add palm sugar (after cooling down)

2.Add vegetable oil, stir well.

3.Add flour, mix well.

4.Let the batter rest for 30-40 mins cover with cling wrap.

5.Steam with cake mold or muffin mould, brush some oil before add the batter in. Steam 15 mins with big fire. Cake mold steam for 30 mins.

P/S: You may decor some white kuaci on top of the batter before steaming.

椰糖马来糕

材料:

椰糖 150g
蛋3粒 (我用打蛋器)
菜油80ml
热水100ml

自发粉150g
苏打粉1/2茶匙
泡打粉1/2茶匙
(全部粉类混合均匀过筛)


做法:

1.椰糖切碎加入热水拌至溶化。蛋拌至起泡后加入待凉的椰糖水,用滤网过滤。

2.加入油拌匀。

3.加入粉类,轻轻拌匀。

4.让面糊待发30-45分钟,盖保鲜膜。

5.模具抹油,倒入面糊,以大火蒸15分钟。

注意:如果用大的蛋糕模具就蒸30分钟。蒸之前可在面糊上撒些白瓜子。
